[Link] | I am so happy that this week is almost over.
I think I want to think about a possible career change. For the last month, I've been crying at least 2 days a week. Things have gotten miserable at work. I won't go into the details, but it's definitely making me think.
On a positive note:
-This past weekend was fun - it really reminded me of the good ol' days of UConn.
-Bill and I have gotten Allan hooked on Scrabulous. I love playing that. They've even taking to playing it DURING class. I love it. :)
-The new Bond movie is coming out!
-Walle comes out Tuesday.
-I get to see Katy this weekend and eat pizza and cookies. BONUS!
-In the past, the girls at Core have let members who choreographed songs perform them. So for fun, I decided to do one. (The song choice, "Womanizer," was solely due to Matt's fantastic rendition that got me listening to it and eventually liking it.) Whenever someone performed a song, it was one time and then never again. On Thursday, I made my debut. I had a blast! AND all the women and even the trainer said that it was really good. Well, on Saturday, some women came up and told me that they were dancing to the song in their car. Jana had me teach it again! Then today, Joy told me to do it again! After class, she said we would be making this a weekly thing if I was okay with it. I'm so happy! I love Zumba!
-One of the women at Core won tickets to the Auto Show and doesn't want them...so they're mine!
It's time to look at the new grocery flyers and then off to bed early.

Plusses and Minuses
+ One more full week of real classes...then finals!
+\- I got chosen to do some curriculum work over the summer, as well as some tutoring.
+ I bought some half price gift certificates on wrch.com today.
+ I have a weekend of bridal showers (Dayna and Janice) to look forward to.
- I have no ideas for gifts.
+ The VS semiannual sale starts June 17.
- I have a lot of cleaning to do.
+ This weekend is opening weekend for strawberry picking!
- My cell phone is falling apart.
- I have to administer SATs this weekend, so no Zumba.
+ I get to go golfing... but I suck. (-)
+ Fun BBQ this weekend...and the rain even held out!
- Bob told me that he would kill me in front of my coworkers.
Ok, now sleep!

Playing Catch up
I haven't updated in awhile, but I'm a boring person so you haven't missed much.
Today was a normal day. I was frustrated with one class so I chewed them out about their quiz grades. I also ready Bill Gates' "11 rules of life that you won't learn in school." Their reactions were amusing. Then after school I went to Zumba - I was going to just go to the gym, but I got out early enough to go to my studio in Plainville. I love Zumba - it's the most fun a person can have working out. Usually I only go on Saturdays, but maybe I'll try going Monday's too. They have a few more classes I want to try. This Saturday, Bob actually came and tried my Chisel class. It was fun - I'm glad he came to keep me company. :)
On Friday night, we went to the Keith Urban/Carrie Underwood concert. Keith puts on an awesome show. The concert was 4 hours long with only a 20 minute intermission. I gambled after and lost. That made me sad. We didn't get home until 2:30 in the morning. Then we got up to go to Chisel at 8:30 - so we spent most of the rest of the on the couch. We never really have the chance to do that so it was really nice.
Yesterday, I went to the mall to use up a couple of coupons at the Limited - a pair of jeans and a sweater for $9.98 total - kick ass.
See? Boring.

Dear Santa,
This year I've been busy!
In April I ruled Iran as a kind and benevolent dictator (700 points). In July I caught a purse-snatcher who stole ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=88.8) filmgirl99's purse (30 points). In May I farted in an elevator (-6 points). Last Sunday I gave swguy1984 a wet willie, then I took it back (-5 points). In September I got in line at the supermarket at the same time as someone else and I didn't yield (-8 points).
Overall, I've been nice (711 points). For Christmas I deserve an Easy-Bake Oven!

Is Cromwell really that weird?
So, yes, we all have this ongoing joke that Cromwell is weird and produces weird people (not me, of course!). This morning, my dad and I were on our way to the shooting range and we passed by two people walking their pets. Now, normally this wouldn't be strange...but their pets were full grown llamas. Yes, llamas...and they were walking down Evergreen - a busy road. I thought the guy that road horseback downtown was a little weird, but this kind of takes the cake.

[Link] | So not everybody gets to work with one of their best friends everyday...but starting next week I do!!! The teacher that sits at the desk next to mine is having a baby so they needed a long term sub. I convinced Val to apply for the position and told my director about her. They offered and she accepted! I'm so excited!! She can only take the job until January (she's going back to school) but even so, it's gonna be awesome!
